The House

This part of the web site is devoted to showing you a little more about the inside of the house. The bedrooms are shown on the second panel of the home page; here the common areas of the house are displayed.

The house was fully renovated in 1993 with most rooms being redecorated in 2003. In particular, the drawing room and the red dining room were completely upgraded using fabrics and wall paper from Zophany and Colefax and Fowler. The verandah floorboards, hand rails and supports have all been replaced and repainted (just the roof to go!), which now enables guests to stoll out of the rooms on warm summer nights.
