So called after Paul Starr, who stayed at the house when it first opened. This was his room for long periods at a time and his taste is to be commended! The room, although one of the smaller rooms, has a delightful aspect over the lake with a view of the Silvermine Hills beyond.

The rooms elegant proportions include the same high ceilings found throughout Ashley Park and the original wooden floor boards are overlain by fine rugs. The room is well appointed with other original features including the ceiling plasterwork and dado rails.

The brass bed is both large and comfortable and the quiet setting ensures that our guests always arise a little later than they might have intended!
