The Bishop’s Room: Main House Room 5
The Bishop’s Room overlooks the cobbled courtyard with views out towards the trees and the walled garden.
The double room is decorated in a bright yellow striped wallpaper with emerald green curtains echoing the ‘Ashley Park Green’ colour used on all exterior woodwork. The room also has a sizeable ensuite bathroom off the bedroom.
This room is known as the Bishop’s Room as it is where Bishop Conisky stayed when he attended a wedding in the house.
